PAY RATE:

PHASE 1: Production department rotations

  • Propagation (2 weeks)

  • Field (2 weeks)

  • Containers (2 weeks)

 

PHASE 2: Special projects

  • Scouting

  • Standard work documentation

  • R&D

  • Inventory / Estimations Additional

(Subject to current Oregon Adverse Effect Wage Rate)
